Our products are designed with both style and comfort in mind. Cloth tags are nowhere to be found but instead opting for printed tags or no labels at all. Our sweatshirts are lined with an incredibly soft, blanket-like material to create the perfect sweatshirt you won't want to take off.

    Items can only be exchanged for the same item but of a different size/color. Buyers are responsible for the initial shipping costs to send the item back. We will cover the shipping of the exchange item back to the buyer. The item can only be exchanged if it is in its original condition. Sizing Concerns

I bought this hoodie while it was on sale for the office move. I had been sitting on the decision for quite a while simply because I couldn't warrant buying another hoodie when I already have so many. But the sensory friendly nature was something that REALLY attracted me to this brand so when it went on sale, it was an immediate purchase!
However, I have some concerns about the sizing. I ordered a 3X, which should have fit me with at least a little bit of extra room. When I got the hoodie and tried it on, it just BARELY fit. I'm so upset. The inside of the hoodie is indeed SO INCREDIBLY SOFT and I was SO excited to get it. But now I can't even wear it. I reached out via their Contact Us page to ask if they'd consider increasing their sizes, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I really want a hoodie from this company and I really like this design but it just doesn't work for me.

Really Wanted to Like It

The sizing was definitely wrong as I’ve bought a 3xl hoodie from them before and this one didn’t fit but the older one does fit. I tried getting ahold of them through their contact email but haven’t received a reply and it’s been over three days now. I really REALLY wanted to enjoy the new hoodies I got but they just don’t fit.

It is a very comfortable hoodie and I plan to buy more like this when I get the time to treat myself. The design is beautiful and I have even gotten compliments while wearing it.

I’ve been really depressed and overstimulated lately and I ordered this hoodie so that I could have something more comforting to wear around the house & when I’m off work. I was delighted by the extra stim toys and stickers added in the package, and the hoodie itself is incredibly good quality and even better than I could have imagined!! I definitely plan to order more from Playing Possum.
